What are cookies?

According to their duration, cookies are divided into:

  • Session: they are automatically deleted when the user closes the browser.

According to their purpose, cookies are divided into:

  • Technical: are those that are essential and strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the web.

  • Customization: They allow to improve navigation through the website with some general features (such as languages).

  • Analysis: They allow the monitoring and analysis of user behavior of the websites to which they are linked in order to make improvements based on aggregated data.

  • Advertising: those that allow the management, in the most effective possible way, of advertising places that, where appropriate, the editor has included on a website, application or platform from which it provides the requested service based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the ads are displayed.

 

What types of cookies do we use?

  • PHPSESSID - Session - Standard php cookie to control the session maintenance.

  • _gat - 10 minutes - Used to limit the percentage of requests. For more information see Google's Cookie Policy.

  • svSession - 5 years - Technical cookie used by the PHP language to allow session variables to be stored on the web server.

  • hs - Session - Technical cookie used to store the acceptance of the Cookie Policy.​
